One-off and Deep Cleaning
From £250
My one-off and deep-cleaning service is for homes that need more time and attention than a standard maintenance clean.
I can tackle built-up dirt, carefully clean ornaments and surfaces, change beds and work through the jobs that have been sitting on your mental to-do list for far too long.
Depending on the size and condition of your property, a deep clean may take more than one day. Before I begin, we will agree which rooms and tasks should take priority.
Seasonal Cleaning
From £250
Sometimes your home needs a proper reset.
You might want to prepare for Christmas, clear up after the school holidays, get ready for visitors or bring everything back under control after an especially busy period.
I quote seasonal cleans as one-off deep cleans, starting from £250.
Monthly Cleaning
From £215
My monthly maintenance service is for customers who want to keep their home at a high standard without committing to weekly or fortnightly cleaning.
I will tailor each visit around your home and priorities instead of working through a generic checklist. This allows me to spend time on the areas that make the greatest difference to you.
End-of-Tenancy & Moving Cleans
Quoted Individually
I provide detailed cleaning for tenants, landlords and homeowners preparing to move into or out of a property.
I will visit the property first to assess its condition, discuss what needs to be included and provide a realistic fixed quotation.
Targeted & Individual Room Cleans
From £150
If one particular room or area needs some serious attention, I can provide a focused clean without working through the entire property.
This can be particularly useful for a kitchen, bathroom or another problem area that needs a more intensive clean.
Targeted cleans are quoted individually and have a minimum charge of £150.
Specialist Floor Deep Cleaning
From £150
I provide specialist deep cleaning for suitable natural stone, tiled and hard-floor surfaces.
Every floor is assessed before I begin so I can choose the appropriate products, cleaning method and protection for the surrounding area.

Already have a regular cleaner?
My one-off and deep-cleaning services can work alongside your existing weekly or fortnightly cleaner.
A maintenance clean and a detailed deep clean serve different purposes. I can take care of the intensive jobs, built-up grime and easily missed details that are difficult to fit into a regular cleaning visit. Your usual cleaner can then continue maintaining the home afterwards.
You don’t need to stop using a cleaner you already know and trust to book a deep clean with me.

A consistently high standard
My cleaning standards won’t gradually drop once you become a regular customer. I bring the same care, effort and attention to every visit.
Specialist floor cleaning, approached with care
Natural stone, tiled and hard floors need more than a strong cleaning product. Using the wrong product or method can permanently damage the surface and nearby materials.
I begin by assessing the floor, identifying the surface and taking photographs during my initial visit. This helps me select the appropriate professional products and cleaning process before any work begins.
I take great care to protect the surrounding area. Depending on the products and surfaces involved, this may include:
Using tape and protective coverings to prevent splashes
Protecting floors and other surfaces before placing products or equipment down
Wearing overshoes to avoid transferring chemicals onto another floor
Carrying out spot tests and pH checks where appropriate
Carefully controlling products while they are being applied and removed
I will also be honest about what can and cannot be improved. A coloured mark may be a stain that can potentially be treated, depending on what caused it and what has already been used on it.
Etching is different. This is physical damage caused when acid comes into contact with calcium-based natural stone. It usually has no colour and requires specialist diamond polishing to repair, which I don’t currently offer.
If I identify damage rather than staining, I will explain what I believe has caused it and help you understand how to prevent it from becoming worse.

Chantelle’s Cleaning Services began after a colleague noticed that whenever office life became stressful, I could usually be found cleaning the communal kitchen.
They suggested that I should become a professional cleaner. I initially found a position with an established cleaning company, but I soon realised that its approach and values weren’t right for me.
A friend then asked me to clean their home. Their trust gave me the confidence to go out on my own and build a cleaning business based on the standards I believed customers deserved.
Since then, I have become known for my thorough approach, attention to detail and ability to achieve the kind of finish my customers struggle to create themselves.
I work independently, although I may occasionally bring in trusted help for a larger end-of-tenancy clean. I am fully insured, DBS checked and trained in specialist floor deep cleaning.

I will arrange a convenient time to visit your property, understand what needs to be done and identify the jobs that are most important to you.

I’ll provide a fixed quotation
Once I have seen the property, I will send you a clear quotation detailing the agreed work and total price. A 50% non-transferable deposit is required to secure a one-off or deep-cleaning booking.

I’ll complete the agreed clean
I will arrive with my professional products and equipment and complete all the cleaning detailed in your quotation.
For a full-property clean, I will work through the whole home. If you have booked a targeted or bespoke clean, I will focus on the specific rooms or areas we agreed during my visit.
